I worked with Bond & Grace’s award-winning design team to create a collectible coffee table book featuring the original classic novel The Great Gatsby. The art novel features scholarly essays, 90 annotated insights from a global team of literary experts, biographical essays, and original fine art. The book is available in two formats: Collector’s Edition, and Art Cover Edition.

Interior Book Design and Illustration
In addition to designing the interior spreads, I was commissioned to create a series of illustrations. The nine illustrations, one per chapter, serve as a portfolio of ephemera that explores the pervasive nature of capitalism and Fitzgerald’s cynicism. The illustrated objects are paired with a direct quote from the book, and a statistic that analyzes wealth disparity in the United States. These designs are tipped-in pages, inserted directly into the chapters and utilized as additional commentary.
